Project Description
210,000 square foot, 5-story, state-of-the-art recreation, athletic, health, and wellness center with professional size ice hockey rink. New underground parking ramp.

Schneider Excavating has excavated and hauled over 600 dump truck loads (or nearly 60,000 cubic yards) of soils and rubble from the site. Much of the rubble was once part of Blatz Brewery, and is being crushed and returned to the site to be used as backfill for the building.
