Steve has over 30 years of experience in the construction business. He is the current owner of Schneider Excavating, Inc. He oversees the estimating, sales and general operations of the organization.

Eric has been working as our estimator for 13 years. He finalizes all of our bidding and also works with our general contractors and subcontractors.

Carol has been working in the construction business for 20 years. She oversees all aspects of the office and is the controller for all of our projects.
FRED HARTZHEIM, P.E.
Fred is our professional engineer. He manages all of the layout and grade control for our jobs. He has been with our company for 12 years.
